After graduating from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in the summer of 2015, Synnove Karlsen is already on her way to cementing her name within the acting world.

The 20 year old’s first professional experience of reading a TV script landed her the role of leading lady in Jess Brittain’s BBC drama, Clique, which follows a group of alpha teens shrouded by Edinburgh’s world of dance and drugs. Karlsen has since been announced as one of the names on this year’s BBC New Talent Hotlist, joined by a list of credible young actors including Pearl Mackie, Jovian Wade and Beattie Edmondson.
